Recommended science course sequence for biochemistry majors
Required science courses in typical semester
It is important for success to follow the sequence of chemistry and biochemistry courses listed here. If you begin with Chemistry 1310, adjust the other semesters appropriately. Biochemistry 4270 cannot be taken until Chemistry 2110 has been completed.
General education and CAFNR general graduation requirements
Complete one or more each semester. English 1000 should be completed in one of the first two semesters. Writing-intensive credit is not awarded for writing-intensive courses taken before English 1000 is completed.
Consult the CAFNR course program for more information.
